Christopher Atiyah
Christopher is an entrepreneur with an outstanding track record of founding and scaling businesses. Originally from the UK, he moved to the US in 2012 in search of the American Dream. Since then, he’s founded several successful companies in Chicago, supporting hundreds of firms and candidates along the way.
He holds an MBA from the London School of Economics and a BA in English Literature from the University of Kent. Recognized as one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in Staffing and named to the Staffing 40 Under 40, Christopher has been celebrated for his leadership and impact in the industry.
Christopher also runs a Chicago-based charity that provides scholarships to underprivileged populations.

Jack Roberts is a seasoned recruitment executive with nearly a decade of experience in technical recruitment, much of which has been dedicated to the renewable energy sector. Over the course of his career, he has built a reputation for excellence through his deep industry knowledge, consultative approach, and unwavering commitment to his clients and candidates.
For the past six years, Jack has focused his expertise on the renewable energy industry; an area that aligns closely with both his professional strengths and personal passions. He has collaborated with a diverse range of clients, from agile startups driving innovation to established global leaders transforming the energy landscape. His award-winning performance and consistent recognition as a top recruiter underscore his ability to deliver exceptional results in a rapidly evolving market.
Motivated by his belief in the power of sustainable progress, Jack launched Ecotal to connect the brightest minds with the companies shaping the future of clean energy. Beyond his professional achievements, he is a devoted family man who loves spending time with his wife, his two children and his dog Bear.
